Graffiti in Portand, Maine and the Morality of Graffiti
Graffiti seems to be present in Portland, Maine. My goal would be to get a permit to beautify some more dreary and more tagged placed in Portland. The website below is a article from the Portland police department explaining to civilians how to prevent costly graffiti in their neighborhoods.

Also the question of whether or not graffiti is moral is quite the controversial issue. Banksy, a popular graffiti artist, is often employed to paint murals in urban areas.
